Privacy policy

Effective September 10, 2026. This policy covers Ayrambh: Mind Arena (Android package com.ayrambh.mindarena), published by Akshay Baldia, and this support website.

Offline play and local data

Puzzle progress, coins, profile choices, settings, challenge codes and reminders are stored on your device. All puzzles work without internet. Local names are not public profiles. We do not collect contacts, photos, microphone recordings or precise location.

Age settings and younger players

At first launch a neutral screen asks for a birth year. The year is used only on the device, then discarded; only the resulting age category is retained locally. Profiles under 18 and those that skip the question use local play without ads or cloud accounts. A conservative year-only check may keep someone who turns 18 this year in the local experience until a later installation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through gameplay. A parent can contact support about any information submitted inadvertently.

Optional adult accounts and backup

Adults may sign up with an email and password using Google Firebase Authentication. Firebase processes the email, account identifier, authentication credentials, IP address and security metadata to operate and protect the account. On manual backup, puzzle identifiers, scores, outcomes, timing and reward history are stored privately in Cloud Firestore in Mumbai, India. Only the authenticated owner can access their backup. Google may process authentication and infrastructure data elsewhere under its service terms. Coins, cosmetics and settings are not restored from cloud backup.

Backup is limited to 5,000 results and the free service quota. If unavailable, local play continues. We retain the account and its latest backup until you delete them. We do not sell this account data or publish rankings.

Advertising for adult profiles

Adult profiles may receive Google AdMob ads after completed puzzles and may choose a rewarded ad for 20 in-game coins. We request non-personalized ads, restrict content to Google's G rating and remove the Android advertising ID permission. We do not show ads to younger or unknown-age profiles. Ads are never required to play.

When ads are requested, Google Mobile Ads may collect and share IP address (including approximate location), ad and app interactions, diagnostic/performance information, app-set and other device/account identifiers for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Non-personalized advertising still involves this processing. See Google's privacy policy and Google's SDK data disclosure. Consent is requested where required. Adult players can reopen available regional choices through Settings → Ad privacy options. Offline play makes no ad requests.

Analytics, reminders and support

We do not collect separate gameplay analytics. Android and Google Play may provide platform crash and performance reports. Daily reminders are optional, scheduled locally and can be disabled in Settings or Android notification settings. If you email support, we receive the content and your email address and use them to answer the request; routine support correspondence is deleted within 90 days after resolution unless retention is legally required.

Security and deletion

Cloud communication uses encrypted HTTPS/TLS and private database access rules. No system can guarantee absolute security. To erase gameplay data on this device, use Settings → Erase local progress. Uninstalling also removes app storage, and Android automatic backup is disabled for this app. To delete a cloud account and its stored backup, use Settings → Delete cloud account and data after signing in again, or visit our account deletion page. The active account and backup are deleted immediately when the operation succeeds; Google infrastructure security logs may be retained according to its policies. Deleting a cloud account does not erase local progress.
