Privacy policy

Effective September 13, 2026 · Developer: Akshay Baldia

This policy explains how the Android game 2048 by akshay (com.akshay.twozerofoureight) handles information. The game is intended for people aged 13 and older and does not require an account.

Game progress stays on your device

Your board, score and personal best are stored on your device. The developer does not operate a game-account or gameplay-data server. You can erase local game data by clearing the app’s storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app.

Advertising and information handled by Google

The game uses Google AdMob to show ads. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK can collect and share:

Google uses this information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. The SDK encrypts transmitted data using TLS. Google’s handling and retention of this information are governed by its own policies.

Read Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information for advertising.

Your advertising choices

Where required, the game presents a consent message before requesting ads. When available, use Privacy choices in the game to review or change your choices. Android settings also let you reset or delete your advertising ID. Some advertising data may still be processed when personalized advertising is disabled.

Permissions and other information

The game’s own code does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, health information, financial information or precise location. Approximate location may be inferred from your IP address by the advertising SDK, without a location permission.

Retention and deletion

Local game progress remains until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. Clearing game data does not delete records held by Google. Use Google’s privacy controls for information handled by its services. The developer cannot directly erase Google’s advertising records.

If you contact the developer by email, your email address and message are used to respond to your request and retained only as needed to handle it and meet applicable obligations. You can request deletion of that correspondence using the contact below.

Children’s privacy

This game is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to the developer, please contact us so we can investigate and address the request.

Changes to this policy

This page may be updated when the game or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest policy.
